For this Industrial Engineering client, AfterDark replaced an aging Windows 2003 infrastructure and deployed a new Fujitsu Server with Windows 2012, Citrix XenApp 7.6 and Netscaler.
Staff can now utilise laptops, home computers and iPads to login remotely and access data anywhere they are located, making them more productive when on-the-go. Field staff also have mobile printers in their vans to provide clients with an invoice on the spot.
This Client also moved to AfterDark’s fixed-price managed service to increase staff productivity through proactive support and an always available IT service desk.
