AfterDark wins the contract!
After outgrowing their existing IT business partner, AfterDark was successful in winning a vCIO and Managed Services bid with this client in the manufacturing industry. We immediately set about managing and maintaining the IT equipment across all sites for this forward-thinking manufacturing business. This provided the client with a support network for any and all of their IT needs. While looking after this client’s day-to-day requirements, we also discovered that they were using legacy ADSL internet connections and immediately replaced these obsolete services with a fit-for-purpose business grade ethernet solution instead. In essence, these new connections provided branch office staff with a vast increase in speed and productivity.

As part of our vCIO services, we devised a 2-year strategic plan. The plan leveraged the latest cloud technology, while maintaining the existing on-premise platforms which today’s manufacturing environment still demands.
