Back in the summer of 2015 we moved into our trendy new Brisbane office space (thanks Future Fitouts) and 18 months later we’ve already outgrown our space. Coincidentally office space has recently been made available next door and we’ll be able to easily expand and keep everyone comfortable as we continue to assist our clients grow with our technology consulting and services.
Some key points in ensuring we maintained our customer service levels during this growth has been:
- Grouping similar sized clients and assigning dedicated teams each with their own team leaders
- Continuously reworking workflows within our business and always leveraging our IT systems; and
- Running an aggressive talent acquisition programme to ensure we find the best and brightest to serve our clients!
