Welcome Aboard to clients and staff from Wilkinson-Kent Consulting

AfterDark now welcomes Wilkinson-Kent Consulting staff and clients in strengthening our businesses and delivering on exciting technical projects together.

This acquisition provides AfterDark Technology with over 50 new customers and bolsters our company’s capabilities within IT security, business automation and the management of cloud migrations.

Commenting on the deal, Founder and Director of AfterDark Technology Stephen Gibson said, “the addition of WK Consulting supports our desire to increase our market share through a combination of acquisition and organic growth,” adding, “strengthening our core services ensures our customers benefit from our growing pool of talent and expertise to help maximise the potential in their own business.”

WK Consulting’s customers and majority of staff will transition to AfterDark Technology and all operations will relocate to the AfterDark Head Office in Bowen Hills.
