Office 365 offers the best solution for our clients *everytime*

Move to Office 365 and it will be the last Exchange or E-Mail upgrade of any kind your business needs to undertake.  There most common licenses AfterDark puts forward to clients after consulting are:

  • Business Essentials – our cheapest business plan with a mailbox only (BYO MS Office license – but unless it’s 2013+ we recommend going with Premium)
  • Business Premium – mailbox and the latest MS Office license at all times
  • Enterprise 1 (E1) – mailbox only with enterprise features for compliance (recommended in professional services firms such as accounting however also very popular in others such as real estate)
  • Enterprise 3 (E3) – the enterprise mailbox which comes with an E1 mailbox plus the full MS Office Pro license (includes MS Access)

To maximise the license usage, we also consistently leverage the following Office 365 features with our clients:

  • Skype for Business for presence, instant messaging and video conferencing
  • Shared Mailboxes (Free) for staff who have left the businesses (converting their mailbox during the off-boarding process)
  • Microsoft Teams for new-style collaboration (similar to slack & yammer)
